Hacker group Jabaroot claims leak of 70,000 Moroccan intelligence agents

The hacker group Jabaroot claims to have leaked the personal identities and sensitive details of 70,381 Moroccan security and intelligence agents. The disclosed data reportedly includes names, dates of birth, and identification numbers belonging to members of Morocco’s two primary security agencies: the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) and the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance (DGST).

Among those allegedly identified are 21 senior officials, including Abdellatif Hammouchi, who leads both the DGSN and the DGST. The group stated that the leak is of “major significance for Europe, and Spain in particular,” linking the disclosure to tensions surrounding migration issues in Ceuta. Jabaroot further alleged that the agents have been involved in intelligence missions across Europe involving espionage and bribery.

While the group announced the disclosure via Telegram, the files have reportedly been removed from the platform for violating usage policies. The authenticity of the leaked information has not been independently verified.
