HAD Group hosts Building Future construction forum in Budapest

The Building Future Autumn Construction Forum was held on September 24 at the Aquaworld Resort Budapest. Organized by the HAD Group, the event brought together key stakeholders from the construction, logistics, electrical, and finance sectors to discuss the future of the industry amidst a changing economic and energy landscape.

Ernő Hadnagy, owner and CEO of HAD Group, opened the forum by addressing recent industry challenges and the group's transformation. He emphasized the importance of professional cooperation and a unified ecosystem across the real estate development and construction value chain. The forum aimed to initiate an open professional dialogue rather than serve as a sales platform.

Expert presentations provided broader context, including an analysis of global and domestic economic trends by economist Zoltán Pogátsa. Mariann Trippon, lead analyst at CIB Bank, discussed the accelerating pace of change, the necessity of technological adaptation, and managing economic uncertainties, including the impact of geopolitical tensions on energy prices and shipping routes.
