Hadramaut police arrest suspect in killing of Judge Mubarak bin Smaida

Police in Hadramaut Valley and Desert have arrested the suspect accused of killing Judge Mubarak Nasser bin Smaida, a member of the Seiyun Appeals Prosecution.

Following the incident behind Al-Jazaer Street in Seiyun, security forces conducted an intensive search operation involving multiple districts and checkpoints. Preliminary investigations indicate that the suspect, identified by the initials (H, A, A), was accompanying the judge when he fired two shots at the vehicle from the outside, resulting in the judge's death.

The suspect fled the scene but was tracked and apprehended in the Wadi Bin Ali area of the Shibam district after a coordinated pursuit by various security units.
