Hadramaut Security Committee warns against illegal mobilization

The Hadramaut Security Committee has issued a warning against calls for illegal mobilization and public gatherings in the province. In a statement released Thursday, the committee characterized certain social media calls as suspicious and provocative, aiming to cause confusion and undermine public security and stability.

The committee emphasized that while freedom of expression is constitutionally guaranteed, it will take legal action against anyone involved in activities that disrupt order, block roads, or damage public and private property. Authorities stated they will pursue those inciting chaos and refer them to the judiciary.

Citizens, activists, and religious leaders are urged to prioritize wisdom and social peace, cooperating with state institutions and security forces to maintain stability and reject hate speech.
