HAGL Investment announces 1.139 trillion VND IPO
HAGL Investment, a subsidiary of Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL), has announced an initial public offering (IPO) of 18.8 million shares. The offering price is set at 60,600 VND per share, aiming to raise a maximum of 1.139 trillion VND.
The capital raised will be utilized to supplement business operations, expand production capacity, and facilitate financial restructuring. Specific uses include paying for agricultural supplies, seeds, and fertilizers, as well as settling company debts.
Registration for the offering is scheduled from August 18, 2026, to September 7, 2026, through OCBS Securities JSC. HAGL Investment, established in 2016, focuses on cultivation services, fruit trading, and agricultural supplies. In the first half of 2026, the company reported net revenue of over 2.185 trillion VND and a net profit of over 781.8 billion VND.
