Thể Công - Viettel FC unveils 11 new players for 2026/27 season

Thể Công - Viettel FC held a season launch ceremony for the 2026/27 campaign, unveiling 11 new players to bolster their squad. The new additions include four domestic players, six foreign players, and one overseas Vietnamese player. Notable names among the recruits include Doãn Ngọc Tân, Triệu Việt Hưng, Phạm Trung Hiếu, Lucas Alves, Ribamar, Rimario, Andree Luiz, and Hernandez Rodrigues.

During the ceremony, leadership from the Ministry of Defense and Viettel Group outlined ambitious goals for the upcoming season. The club aims to compete for the V-League championship, reach the National Cup final, and secure a spot in the top eight of the AFC Champions League 2.

Lieutenant General Tào Đức Thắng, Chairman and CEO of Viettel Group, emphasized the importance of this season, while Deputy Minister of Defense Nguyễn Trường Thắng urged the team to maintain its identity, characterized by discipline, solidarity, and respect for opponents and officials.
