Hai Luu Commune focuses on resolving grassroots land use violations

Authorities in Hai Luu Commune are prioritizing the resolution of citizen petitions and land use violations at the grassroots level to maintain security and public trust. A specific case involves the La Hong Nhat family in Dong Tam village, who have been cited for illegal construction on agricultural land since 2021. Despite administrative records being established in August 2021, the matter remained unresolved.

Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong has directed the Hai Luu Party Committee and People's Committee to review all reported contents and resolve them in accordance with the law. Officials have been instructed to coordinate with relevant departments to ensure legal compliance and to hold individuals or organizations accountable if they have covered up or failed to timely handle violations.
