Hai Phong Police investigate land fraud at Anh Dung IV project

The Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency has issued a third notice seeking victims and related parties involved in a fraud case at the Anh Dung IV housing project in Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong.

The investigation focuses on Tran Huy Cuong, the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Thuy Nguyen Trading Joint Stock Company. Cuong is accused of fraudulent appropriation of property through agreements to sell various land plots within the Anh Dung IV project to individuals and organizations.

Authorities are urging anyone who has signed sales agreements or is currently managing land use right certificates for the affected plots to contact the Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency to protect their legal rights and interests. The police have provided specific contact information and a list of affected land parcels to facilitate cooperation.
