Hai Phong police investigate motorbike group attack

Criminal police in Hai Phong are investigating an attack that occurred on the morning of September 15 in Hai An Ward. A group of individuals traveling on four to five motorbikes approached a local beverage stall on Dong Xa Street and launched an attack.

The victim, identified as L. H. H., reported that a person in the group used what appeared to be a sword to strike at him. He was able to dodge the weapon and escaped without injury. Witnesses at the scene suggested the group may have targeted the wrong person, as the victim stated he had no known conflicts with the attackers.

The group fled the scene after being interrupted by bystanders. Local authorities are currently working to identify and locate the suspects.
