Hai Robotics reaches 10,000-robot milestone for HaiPick Climb

Hai Robotics has announced that more than 10,000 HaiClimber robots have been contracted for customer projects globally. Since its introduction in 2025, the HaiPick Climb solution has been deployed in 12 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Australia.

The company’s customer base includes organizations such as ANTA, Panasonic, Arvato, ITOCHU, METTLER TOLEDO, and True Protein. These clients represent various sectors, including apparel, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, automotive, grocery, and consumer electronics.

Founder and CEO Richie Chen noted that the milestone is bolstered by repeat business, stating that eight customers have already expanded their existing systems or selected the technology for new projects. The company emphasized that the product underwent several years of engineering validation and endurance testing following its initial development in 2022.
