Hai Robotics to deploy world's largest rack-climbing robot fleet

Hai Robotics has been selected to provide automation technology for a new large-scale e-commerce fulfillment center operated by a leading European fashion retailer. The project features the world’s largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots, utilizing more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots within a single integrated system.

The automated facility covers 30,000 square meters and provides 1.2 million double-deep storage locations. The system is designed for high-volume throughput, capable of exceeding 24,000 totes per hour. By utilizing vertical storage up to 12 meters, the technology can reduce required warehouse floor space by up to 75%.

In addition to this deployment, Hai Robotics is expanding its presence in the EMEA region through a deepened collaboration with Swiss logistics specialist Ferag Solutions. The company has reported that over 10,000 robots from its HaiClimber series have been contracted for global customer projects.
