Haier and Midea launch new smart laundry appliance technologies

Haier Appliances India has launched the F17, a premium 12 kg front-load washer-dryer priced at Rs 75,990. The model features a Smart Flip TFT touch screen that tilts at angles of 15, 20, and 25 degrees to improve ergonomics. It utilizes a beltless Direct Motion motor and an AI Wash system that automatically adjusts water levels and cycle times based on fabric type and load weight. The unit includes 24 stain removal settings and a Steam Wash option for sanitization.

Midea has introduced a new smart laundry duo consisting of the 210 front-load washing machine and a 210 heat pump dryer. The washing machine uses a BLDC inverter motor and Power Mix technology to pre-mix detergent for deeper cleaning. It features an Auto-Dose function and a 90°C hot water flush to eliminate 99.99% of bacteria. The accompanying heat pump dryer holds a 10-star energy rating and utilizes AutoLink technology to synchronize with the washing machine.
