Hailie Deegan wins ARCA West race at Madera Speedway

Hailie Deegan secured a dramatic victory at Madera Speedway, marking her first win in the ARCA Menards Series West in 2,667 days. Driving for Bill McAnally Racing, Deegan executed a last-lap pass during an overtime finish to overtake the current champion and pole-sitter, Trevor Huddleston.

The win follows several years of performance challenges in higher-profile NASCAR circuits. Following the race, an emotional Deegan stated, “I’m tearing up right now. It has been a damn long time since I have won a race.” She expressed gratitude to her supporters, noting that the continued belief in her talent meant a great deal after a difficult period in her career.
