Haiti to host major industrial fair in Pétion-Ville

The Haitian Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI), in partnership with the Association des industries d’Haïti (ADIH), has announced the 2026 Industry Week under the theme ‘Towards the revitalization of the Haitian industrial sector.’

A major industrial fair is scheduled for September 5 at the El Rancho Convention Center in Pétion-Ville. The event aims to connect the public with local businesses and products, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, youth, and consumers to showcase Haitian industrial expertise and innovation.

The week will feature company visits, conferences, and panels focusing on investment, innovation, training, digital transformation, and job creation. Minister of Commerce and Industry James Monazard stated that the goal is to move beyond mere resilience toward the actual growth of the nation's industry.
