Haitian International equips German SKZ with new training injection‑molding machine

Haitian International Germany GmbH has donated a Zhafir Zeres 1200V/300/B36mm injection‑molding machine to the Kunststoff‑Zentrum (SKZ) in Würzburg. The machine, featuring a 1,200 kN clamping force, fully electric drive and low noise emissions, is equipped with the HT. EXTEND system and will be used for practical training and certification programmes.

The equipment will serve roughly 1,000 participants each year, covering basic courses, certified injector training and tool‑designer qualifications. Niels Herz, Head of Sales at Haitian International, said the donation “strengthens the qualification of skilled workers and supports the competitiveness of the German plastics industry.” SKZ’s education manager Robert Held highlighted that modern, industry‑relevant machines are essential for securing the future of the sector.

The collaboration underscores a long‑standing partnership between Haitian and SKZ, aiming to enhance vocational education and maintain Germany’s position as a leading plastics‑manufacturing hub.
