Haitian police seek Esther Thomas for murder and conspiracy

Haitian authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of Esther Thomas, also known by the pseudonym ‘Nice B’, in connection with the murder of a woman known as ‘Baby Love’. The request was made by the Croix-des-Bouquets Prosecutor's Office on September 5, 2026.

The Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) has issued a search notice, describing Thomas as ‘dangerous and armed’. She is facing allegations of murder, attempted murder, and criminal conspiracy under the Haitian Penal Code.

The investigation follows significant social media attention regarding the circumstances of the victim's death. While the judicial documents outline these serious charges, authorities noted that these accusations do not constitute a declaration of guilt, and her responsibility in the matter must be established through the legal process.
