Estibaliz Aseguinolaza, a 36-year-old professional from Agurain, serves as the Head of Finishing at Haizea Grupo WEC. The company specializes in casting, machining, and surface treatments for heavy components used in the wind energy, robotics, and gas turbine sectors.

Aseguinolaza, who studied Technical Engineering and Industrial Chemistry in Vitoria, detailed her career progression from an intern to a shift supervisor and eventually to her current leadership role.
