Hajduk Split adopts 2027‑2031 strategic plan and camp project

The supporters' group Naš Hajduk held a general assembly in Split, where four new members joined the Hajdučka zajednica. The meeting focused on finalising the club’s long‑term strategic framework for 2027‑2031, which aims to sustain competitive performance – a continuous fight for the Croatian championship and regular qualification for the European group stage – and to ensure financial stability through transparent operations and diversified revenue.

The assembly also reaffirmed the construction of a new training camp as a priority. Naš Hajduk stressed that funds from the "Za sva vremena" project will be directed to the camp, and they urged state, city and regional authorities to accelerate the required procedures. An update on the IT strategy and other operational plans will be circulated to members ahead of the forthcoming "Ćakula" gathering in early July.
