Hajduk Split and Dinamo Zagreb confront player exits

Hajduk Split announced that captain Marko Livaja will leave the team's pre‑season camp in Bled early and return to Split after the club said he violated internal disciplinary rules. Livaja, a 32‑year‑old record‑holder for appearances, goals and assists, became involved in a verbal clash with sports director Robert Graf following a team‑building outing, prompting the decision.

At the same time, Dinamo Zagreb is reportedly close to transferring midfielder Marko Soldo to Czech side Sigma Olomouc for a fee exceeding €2 million. Soldo has not featured in Dinamo's pre‑season friendlies, and the club sees the move as financially beneficial. The player logged 34 appearances, three goals and one assist last season before returning from a loan spell.

Both clubs are dealing with roster changes as they prepare for the upcoming season, highlighting disciplinary enforcement at Hajduk and a potential lucrative transfer for Dinamo.
