Hajduk Split secures Dendoncker and Martín in transfer window

Hajduk Split has completed several significant transfers ahead of their Conference League campaign. The club secured Belgian midfielder Leander Dendoncker, a former Premier League player with Aston Villa and Wolverhampton, on a two-year contract until 2028. Dendoncker joins as a free agent following his time at Real Oviedo.

Additionally, Hajduk has acquired 24-year-old Spanish striker Carlos Martín on a one-year loan from Atletico Madrid. Martín, who has experience with Mirandés, Alavés, and Rayo Vallecano, is expected to provide versatile attacking options for the squad.

In other regional football news, Milan Roganović has completed a transfer from Partizan to the Belgian club Genk. The 20-year-old Montenegrin defender signed a contract until 2031, with Partizan receiving €3.5 million plus bonuses. Meanwhile, PSV Eindhoven has decided to retain Bosnian international Esmir Bajraktarević for their Champions League campaign following unsuccessful loan interests from Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers.
