Hakan Peker releases new single and headlines free concert in Karabük

Turkish pop veteran Hakan Peker debuted the single “Sen Yoluna Git,” a ballad about the acceptance of a relationship’s end. Peker said the song reflects his evolving view on love and criticises today’s “toxic relationship” terminology.

On 7 August, the Karabük Municipality organised a free public concert at the city’s Millet Bahçesi, featuring Peker alongside contemporary pop act Sefo. Mayor Özkan Çetinkaya invited residents and visitors from surrounding districts to celebrate Karabük Day with the performances.
