Hakata Junjo Ramen Shin-Shin collaborates on limited-edition snack

Oyatsu Company will release a limited-edition collaboration snack, ‘Baby Star Ramen Maru (Hakata Junjo Ramen Shin-Shin Supervision Tonkotsu Ramen Flavor)’, starting October 19, 2026. The product is supervised by the popular Fukuoka-based ramen restaurant Hakata Junjo Ramen Shin-Shin, which has been operating in Tenjin since 2003.

The snack aims to replicate the restaurant’s signature tonkotsu soup, balancing a light feel with a rich, deep flavor. The bite-sized, round bits are designed to provide a three-stage texture described as ‘crunchy, crispy, and crumbly’. The product will be available at convenience stores nationwide for a limited time.
