Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson share details of their relationship

Haley Cavinder, a former college basketball player and social media personality, has revealed how her relationship with Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson began. During an appearance on People’s WAG Worldseries, Cavinder shared that the romance was initiated via an Instagram direct message in which Ferguson simply asked about her golf game.

Following their initial social media interaction in 2023, the couple spent ten days together, which Cavinder noted allowed her to see Ferguson as a “down-to-earth” and “grounded” individual. The relationship eventually led to marriage, with the couple holding a wedding in June 2026 at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Florida. The wedding ceremony included several notable figures, such as Dak Prescott and Will Grier.
