Haley Cavinder shares marriage advice on podcast

Haley Cavinder, wife of Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, shared her perspective on relationship conflict during an appearance on ‘The Kittle Things’ podcast. During the episode, Cavinder offered a ‘marriage hot take’ regarding whether couples should resolve arguments before sleep.

While Claire Kittle advocated for resolving disagreements immediately to avoid morning tension, Cavinder expressed a preference for sleeping on issues. She explained that waiting until the morning allows her to approach conversations when her emotions are ‘calm and cool.’

Cavinder and Ferguson married this past offseason at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami. The wedding ceremony included several NFL figures, such as Dak Prescott and Will Grier.
