Halkbank expands employee health and wellbeing services

Halkbank has expanded its employee support through the Health and Wellbeing Center located at its General Directorate in the Istanbul Finance Center. The facility provides holistic health services to employees across Turkey via both physical and digital channels.

The center is staffed by a 30-person multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, four psychologists, two dentists, three dietitians, and two physiotherapists. Services offered include routine health screenings, diagnostic and treatment applications, stress management, personalized nutrition, and support for combating sedentary lifestyles using high-tech equipment.

Halkbank General Manager Recep Süleyman Özdil stated that the bank’s approach focuses on the well-being of both employees and their families. The ecosystem also includes sports schools for children and psychological support for adolescents, aiming to improve the overall quality of life for the bank’s workforce.
