Halkidiki to host first charity Puppy Yoga event

The first ‘Picknick Puppy Yoga with Rescued Pups’ event is scheduled for August 20, 2026, in Halkidiki, Greece. Organized by Puppy Pulse in collaboration with the animal welfare organization Strays of Halkidiki, the event will take place at the Geroplatanos site.

The initiative combines yoga practice with the presence of rescued puppies to promote mental well-being and empathy. A portion of the proceeds will support the work of Strays of Halkidiki, which provides care and facilitates responsible adoptions for stray animals in the Polygyros municipality and the wider Halkidiki region. The event also aims to introduce attendees to both puppies and adult dogs looking for permanent homes.
