Actress Halle Berry celebrated her 60th birthday with a luxury vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico, alongside her partner, Van Hunt. The Oscar winner shared glimpses of the celebration on Instagram, featuring activities such as boat tours, pool time, and a private beach dinner at the Zadún resort.

Berry has used the milestone to discuss her personal health journey, specifically her advocacy for menopause and perimenopause awareness. She noted that she feels “stronger, smarter, wiser” and more in control of her life than expected. To manage her health, including diabetes diagnosed at age 22, she follows a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet and a fitness regimen consisting of yoga, cardio, and strength training.
