Halle Berry launches menopause platform Respin and discusses revitalized sex life

Actress Halle Berry, 59, has founded Respin, a digital health and wellness platform aimed at supporting women through menopause and midlife. The service offers a community, expert‑led educational events, personalized health plans and coaching, with a basic membership at $15 per month and a premium tier that integrates clinical care. An early pilot reported that 90% of participants experienced some symptom improvement, and nearly two‑thirds saw clinically significant progress within eight weeks.

Berry also spoke on the July 15 episode of the "Making Space with Hoda Kotb" podcast about her own experience, noting that her sex life has improved dramatically during menopause. She described it as "back batting 100" and said, "I am juicy like a peach." The interview highlighted her engagement to musician Van Hunt and her goal of breaking stigma around menopause and women’s health.
