Halloween 2026: Community events and trick-or-treating schedules across U.S. cities

Various U.S. cities are preparing for Halloween on Saturday, October 31, 2026, with a variety of community events and trick-or-treating schedules.

In Milwaukee, the city has established an official trick-or-treating window from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for neighborhoods throughout the city. Tucson features several organized activities, including the HalloVerde Trick-or-Treating Event in the Palo Verde neighborhood from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Catalina High School parking lot.

Memphis offers diverse options, such as the 5th Annual Candy Coated Trunk or Treat at the Juvenile Court of Memphis & Shelby County on October 24, and various library programs. In Chicago, the Lincoln Park Zoo is hosting its Fall Fest, featuring carnival rides and autumn decorations, alongside local neighborhood festivities.
