Halloween budget options include novelty shirts and DIY decor

As Halloween approaches, various low-cost options for costumes and decorations are becoming available. On Amazon, horror-themed Hawaiian shirts are being offered for approximately $13.59, providing a budget-friendly alternative to traditional packaged costumes that often cost between $40 and $60.

Additionally, DIY projects offer ways to create festive decor using basic craft supplies. Suggested projects include painting plastic skulls with colorful acrylic paints, creating a mummy-style front door using white fabric, and transforming plastic planters into glowing cauldrons with black spray paint and battery-operated lights.
