Various community Halloween festivities underway across the US

Seasonal Halloween activities are being held in several US communities. In Ventura, California, the McGrath Brother's Great Pacific Pumpkins, a fifth-generation family farm, is offering hayrides, a corn maze, and a variety of pumpkins. The farm has extended its hours to 7 p.m. daily during the final week of October.

In Casper, Wyoming, the YMCA of Natrona County hosted its ninth annual Pumpkin Plunge. The event featured a Jack O’Lantern Jog 5K race and a pool filled with pumpkins for families to swim in while wearing costumes. Organizers noted that donated pumpkins were distributed to local children.
