Halloween festivities held in Folsom and San Francisco

The annual Festifall celebration took place in the Historic District of Folsom, where thousands of participants gathered on Sutter Street for trick-or-treating and games. Organized by local merchants and Bayside Church of Folsom, the free event featured families and costumed visitors of all ages.
