The report claims that core programming and design were handled by external contractors, meaning the project is not truly a Halo Studios studio effort. This suggests the studio may be prioritising another, yet‑unannounced Halo title while other teams work on the revamped campaign. The leaked details also note visual upgrades, a reworked library level, and a new Campaign Remix feature that will add modifiers to increase replayability.
