Hama and Casio unveil health‑tracking smart rings

Hama GmbH & Co KG introduced the Ring One, a stainless‑steel smart ring that continuously measures heart rate, heart‑rate variability, blood‑oxygen saturation, skin temperature, sleep quality and menstrual cycles. It supports 120 sport modes, is water‑resistant to 5 ATM, offers up to 20 days of extra charging (four‑day battery life per charge) and provides vibration alerts. The ring syncs with the free Hama Active app, has no subscription fees and is priced at €129 for US sizes 7‑12.

Casio Computer Co., Ltd. launched the CRW‑H001M‑8, a retro‑styled smart ring that tracks steps, heart rate, SpO₂, temperature and sleep, and records training data, calories and menstrual information via the Aizo app. The device also delivers vibration notifications. It is priced at 1,999 yuan in China, with broader availability yet to be confirmed.
