Hamburg hosts immersive Olchis exhibition

An immersive exhibition based on the popular children's book characters, the Olchis, is opening in Hamburg-Ottensen. Organized by Oetinger-Verlag, the experience is designed to be interactive and tactile, allowing visitors to engage with the fictional world through various activities.

The exhibition is housed in a 1,000-square-meter hall near the Ottensen S-Bahn station, with 600 square meters specifically dedicated to active participation. Activities include throwing mud dumplings, participating in mud baths, and exploring space-themed elements.

Created by author Erhard Dietl in 1990, the Olchis are a well-known family in children's literature. The franchise has seen significant success, with Oetinger-Verlag reporting over ten million products sold to date, spanning books, audio plays, and films.
