The association also highlighted the failure to establish a promised access fund and noted that a recent pond closure due to blue-green algae was announced without notice or the provision of alternative women-only swimming options. The KLPA stated that these cumulative measures raise concerns regarding potential discrimination based on age, disability, and sex.
