Han Ji Min to cameo in upcoming SBS drama with Lee Jun Hyuk

Actress Han Ji Min is set to make a special cameo appearance in the upcoming SBS drama, titled either ‘Awakening’ or ‘Excitatio’. This appearance marks a reunion with actor Lee Jun Hyuk, following their previous collaboration in the 2025 drama ‘Love Scout’.

Reports indicate that Han Ji Min is scheduled to begin filming for this project on October 4, 2026, after completing her work on the Disney+ series ‘Koreans’. While her specific role and the extent of her appearance remain undisclosed, her participation is seen as a gesture of professional support for Lee Jun Hyuk’s new project.

The drama is an occult exorcism series set within an academic environment characterized by intense competition. The plot follows students facing extreme academic pressure who become influenced by mysterious stimulants, leading to supernatural occurrences and a series of deaths. Lee Jun Hyuk will portray a teacher who also serves as an exorcist, working to protect students from these malevolent spirits. The series is scheduled to air on SBS in January 2027.
