Hana Bank retirement pension reserves exceed 52 trillion won

Hana Bank reported that its retirement pension reserves exceeded 52 trillion won as of the end of the third quarter. This represents an increase of 3.7741 trillion won compared to the end of last year, marking the highest growth amount among banking sector providers.

The growth was primarily driven by Individual Retirement Pensions (IRP), which increased by 3.0996 trillion won, and Defined Contribution (DC) plans, which rose by 1.2931 trillion won. This achievement continues a trend for the bank, which has led the banking sector in pension reserve growth for three consecutive years.

To support asset management needs, Hana Bank is expanding its specialized consultation channels, such as the ‘Pension the Dream Lounge,’ and enhancing digital services. Recent service expansions include ETF-specific model portfolio subscription services, the launch of individual investment government bonds, and a non-face-to-face over-the-counter bond trading system.
