Hana Card launches MG+ Travelog card with overseas and domestic benefits

Hana Card has launched the 'MG+ Travelog Hana Card' in collaboration with the MG Community Credit Cooperative. The new card is designed as a premium lifestyle product that combines specialized overseas travel services with domestic living benefits.

For international use, the card allows users to choose between prepaid 'foreign currency Hana Money' payments and standard credit payments. When using foreign currency Hana Money, users are exempt from overseas service fees (0.2%) and international brand fees (1.1%), as well as overseas ATM withdrawal fees.

Domestically, the card offers a 10% billing discount across seven major life sectors, including utility bills (apartment management, electricity, gas), video streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube Premium, etc.), digital memberships (Coupang Wow, Naver Plus, etc.), music, webtoons/books, rentals, and home care services. Monthly discount limits are tiered based on previous month's spending: up to 20,000 KRW for spending over 500,000 KRW, and up to 40,000 KRW for spending over 1,000,000 KRW. The annual fee for the Mastercard version is 20,000 KRW, and applicants must hold an MG Community Credit Cooperative deposit account.
