Hana Securities ranks first in DC retirement pension returns
Hana Securities has achieved the highest mid-to-long-term returns in the securities industry for non-principal-protected Defined Contribution (DC) retirement pension products as of the end of the third quarter of this year.
According to data from the Financial Supervisory Service's Integrated Pension Portal, Hana Securities' long-term DC returns reached 8.03% annually over five years, 8.88% over seven years, and 7.21% over ten years. Short-term performance was also strong, with one-year DC returns at 18.72% and three-year returns at 16.32%. Additionally, the one-year return for Individual Retirement Pensions (IRP) was 18.50%, ranking first among the top 10 securities firms.
The company attributes this success to its enhanced asset management systems, including specialized ‘Pension Doctor’ private bankers for in-person consulting and the ‘Pension Asset Management Center’ for remote digital support. Hana Securities has also integrated AI-driven hyper-personalized services, such as ‘AI Pension Pro,’ into its new mobile trading system, Hana Securities V. These efforts have contributed to significant growth in pension reserves, with DC and IRP assets increasing by 36.5% and 38.8% respectively this year.
