Hanau hosts 64th Bürgerfest and summer cultural events

The city of Hanau is hosting the 64th Hanauer Bürgerfest from September 4 to September 6 at the Mainwiesen near Schloss Philippsruhe. The festival, themed ‘GUDE HANAU – Wir sind kreisfrei’, features over 120 program points, including live music spanning rock, pop, electronic, and hip-hop, as well as various sporting events and cultural presentations by local clubs.

In addition to the main festival, Hanau is hosting several summer events throughout the city. These include the 74th Bundesäppelwoifest in Steinheim, harbor tours in the Hafenquartier, and various markets and cultural activities in the city center and surrounding districts such as Wilhelmsbad and the Wildpark ‘Alte Fasanerie’.
