Hancom partners with Namyang Dairy Products to test Agentic OS

Hancom has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Namyang Dairy Products to conduct a real-world demonstration of its proprietary ‘Agentic OS’. This collaboration aims to integrate various AI agents with corporate data and existing business systems to optimize operational environments.

The partnership will involve a Proof of Concept (PoC) using Namyang Dairy Products’ actual workflow and practical data. The goal is to design AI agents tailored to the company’s specific needs to support repetitive, standardized tasks, thereby reducing processing time and increasing productivity.

This demonstration serves as a critical step before the official launch of the Agentic OS, which Hancom plans to release in beta and commercial versions during the fourth quarter. Hancom intends to use the insights gained from this industrial application to refine its industry-specific AI agent models and expand its AI transformation (AX) business across the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
