Hand in Hand e. V. conducts first aid training in Wadersloh

The association Hand in Hand e. V. organized a first aid refresher course for its volunteers in Wadersloh. Led by paramedic Olaf Handeik, the session provided an overview of emergency response practices, including securing accident sites, creating rescue lanes, and the sequence of the rescue chain.

Participants engaged in practical training, such as demonstrating the recovery position and practicing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a training mannequin. The course also covered the proper use of a defibrillator and emphasized the legal obligation to provide assistance under German law.
