Handball star Lukács Boglárka joins Slovak club HC DAC on loan
Hungarian handball player Lukács Boglárka, currently under contract with Győri Audi ETO KC, has been loaned for one season to the Slovak club HC DAC in Dunaszerdahely. Boglárka said the supportive atmosphere at DAC helped her integrate quickly and gain valuable playing experience. She highlighted the differences between the Slovak league and Hungary’s NB I, noting that the loan offers a chance to develop her match routine and learn from new teammates. The move is seen as a strategic step for her career development ahead of a potential return to Győri ETO KC.
The loan agreement runs for the 2026‑27 season, after which Boglárka may re‑join Győri Audi ETO KC, depending on her progress and the club’s needs.
