HandMade In Japan Fes’ to expand to Osaka in 2026

The HandMade In Japan Fes’ Osaka is scheduled to take place at Intex Osaka on December 12 and 13, 2026. This event marks a significant expansion for the festival, which has previously been held at Tokyo Big Sight since 2013.

Approximately 1,700 creators from across Japan will gather to exhibit and sell original works, including fashion items like accessories and bags, as well as interior goods, art, and handicrafts. The event will feature 35 different workshops led by traditional craftsmen and popular creators, alongside music stages, comedy performances, and handmade food stalls.

Organized by the company behind the handmade marketplace Creema, the festival aims to expand nationwide following this Osaka debut. Given the December timing, the event will include a special gift area featuring wreaths and ornaments.
