Hanem Çeşme social housing project awards Ignite NEB funding

The Ignite NEB Hanem Çeşme event, held in conjunction with Çeşme Municipality’s social housing project, has announced the recipients of the Ignite NEB fund. The Hanem Atölye and Locus projects were selected to receive funding support.

Çeşme Municipality also decided to support the Döngüsel and Hanem İklim Kabuğu teams with special awards. The event was organized in partnership with the Çeşme Vision Office and supported by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Program through the EIT Community New European Bauhaus (NEB).

Following the principles of beauty, sustainability, and togetherness established by the New European Bauhaus, the festival brought together approximately 200 participants from various disciplines. The program included site visits to the Hanem Çeşme construction area, workshops, and project presentations by seven selected ChangeMaker teams.
