Hankook Tire completes exclusive supply for 2026 WRC season

Hankook Tire has concluded its role as the exclusive tire supplier for the 2026 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) season, following the final round at the Italy Sardinia Rally. The company provided its Dynapro R213 all-weather rally tires, which were tested against challenging autumn weather, sharp rocks, and high-impact jump sections.

In the competition, Toyota Gazoo Racing dominated the event. Oliver Solberg secured his third win of the season and second consecutive victory. While Toyota had already secured the manufacturer championship title, the driver's championship was decided by a narrow margin. Elfinn Evans claimed his first career WRC driver's title, finishing fifth in the final round to edge out Solberg by five points.

Hankook Tire supplied tires for all WRC classes throughout the season, covering diverse conditions including snow, ice, tarmac, and gravel. The company plans to utilize the driving data collected during the season for future research and development to enhance its high-performance tire technology.
