Hankook Tire to supply Ventus S1 evo Z for new Porsche Panamera

Hankook Tire has announced that its ultra-ultra-high-performance (UUHP) Ventus S1 evo Z tires will be supplied as original equipment (OE) for the new Porsche Panamera. This expansion includes the addition of new 21-inch sizes—275/35 ZR21 for the front and 325/30 ZR21 for the rear—completing a full lineup ranging from 19 to 21 inches for all engine variants.

All supplied tires feature the ‘ND0’ Porsche-specific certification marking on the sidewall. The Ventus S1 evo Z was engineered to balance ride comfort with dynamic performance, undergoing extensive high-speed testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife to ensure structural integrity under sporty driving conditions.

Technical features of the tire include an asymmetric tread pattern for improved handling and an aramid hybrid fiber double-layer carcass designed to minimize deformation caused by heat during high-speed driving. This partnership continues a long-standing relationship between Hankook and Porsche, which includes supplying tires for models such as the Cayenne, Taycan, Macan, and the 911 Carrera.
