Hankook Tire wins 11 awards at UK WhatTyre Awards

Hankook Tire & Technology has received recognition for 11 products across nine categories at the 2026 WhatTyre Awards in the United Kingdom. This marks the company’s sixth consecutive year of winning awards from the specialist tire media outlet.

The company’s electric vehicle (EV) tire brand, iON, achieved significant success. The iON evo was named the top EV tire for the third consecutive year, while the iON evo SUV secured first place in the SUV tire category. Other iON products received ‘Highly Recommended’ and ‘Commended’ ratings for all-season and EV performance.

In the high-performance segment, the Ventus evo was ranked first in the performance tire category for the second year running, utilizing AI-developed compounds. Additional accolades were awarded to the Ventus Prime4, Ventus S1 evoZ, Kinergy 4S2, and various Winter i*cept models across summer, super sports, all-season, and winter categories.
