HanmiGlobal ranks 6th globally in ENR construction management rankings

HanmiGlobal has achieved the highest ranking ever for a South Korean company in the global Construction Management and Project Management (CM/PM) sector. According to the ‘2026 ENR Top International Survey’ published by the U.S.-based Engineering News Record (ENR), the company ranked 6th globally, excluding U.S. firms.

Based on 2025 revenue figures, HanmiGlobal reported total domestic and international CM/PM revenue of $255.8 million, placing it 6th in the global ranking. When measuring international revenue alone, the company ranked 9th with $139.4 million.

The company has expanded its footprint through various international projects, including high-rise residential and urban regeneration works in Saudi Arabia, housing and infrastructure projects in Kuwait, and nuclear power plant facility improvement services in Romania. Additionally, its U.S. subsidiary, Otec, secured a $400 million contract for infrastructure maintenance and engineering services for the U.S. National Park Service.
